The Trivellini Family

The Trivellini family immigrated from Italy in the 1920's. Not by choice but by necessity. Dr. Trivellini's grandfather, Gino, didn't exactly see eye to eye with Benito Mussolini. So when Mussolini started to do away with those who opposed him, Gino figured it was a good time to leave. So he packed up his wife Assunta and his two children and headed west.

1928: Hello America! The Trivellini clan wind their way through Ellis Island and land in the lap of luxury, Vineland, New Jersey. Many of Dr. Trivellini's cousins are still there and many of them run the place. However, Gino being a stone mason, felt the itch to move to the mid-west where the building code called for cement and stone. (The building code was changed after a little thing called the Great Chicago Fire). As it turns out it was a very wise decision on his part. Once in Chicago, the family prospered.

Dr. Trivellini was born in Chicago, Illinois in the year 1956 AD. Some of the younger staff members think that the year was actually BC and not AD. The month and day are unimportant. His father, Spartaco was a commercial artist and his mother, Ruth was a homemaker. His mother was a jack of all trades. Dr. Trivellini has one older brother, Mark, who still resides in Illinois. Mark is a typical older brother!

Dr. Trivellini's educational career began with a bang in Schaumburg, Illinois and culminated 12 years later with his High School graduation from Schaumburg High School in 1974. Spending so much time in one place is the reason that Dr. Trivellini decided to leave home and travel 22 miles to go to college. 22 miles on the Chicago roadway system is equivalent to traveling the route Lewis and Clarke took. He graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1978.

In September 1978, Dr. Trivellini entered Loyola University's Chicago College of Dental Surgery and 4 years later, voila a Dentist was made. He graduated and passed his licensing boards in May 1982.

Dr. Trivellini and his lovely and beautiful wife Marilyn (she made us put that in) moved to Henniker, New Hampshire in 2000. If you have ever been to Henniker, you probably have seen them. He and Marilyn are always about town. Dr. Trivellini's son Scot stayed in Chicago. Scot likes traffic jams, smog and riding the public transportation system with 2 million other people each day. Actually, Dr. Trivellini and Scot are avid Chicago sports nuts. However, Scot is much better at all trivia than his dad.

Dr. Trivellini is an avid drawer and sculptor. He makes his wife's jewelry and loves to ride his two motorcycles. He has a vintage 1969 fully restored Triumph Bonneville, that is simply awesome. Dr. Trivellini also has an Italian made Moto-Guzzi motorcycle. Dr. Trivellini can be found at most Fishercat Baseball games. If he isn't physically at the games then he probably is listening to the broadcast of the game on his computer. Oh, one last thing, Dr. Trivellini loves ice hockey, especially the original six teams of the NHL. However, since the NHL was on strike in the 2004-2005 season he has become a New England College ice hockey supporter.
